Who We Are

My Movement Lab is operated as a sole trader (ZZP/eenmanszaak) under Dutch law, Amsterdam, Netherlands. Contact: mymovementlab@gmail.com

What My Movement Lab Is

An educational platform offering gamified Pilates learning content including quizzes, flashcards, and study tools for personal educational use. My Movement Lab is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any Pilates certification body or organization.

Your Account

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Keep login credentials secure
• No account sharing
• No multiple accounts to circumvent the free tier
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms

Free and Paid Plans

• Free: 10 questions/day intro, History & Philosophy module, 3 lives/day, progressive unlock available
• Pro Monthly: €9/month — all modules, unlimited lives, all features
• Pro Lifetime: €69 one-time — permanent full access
• Extra lives: €1.99 for 5 additional daily lives (free users only)

Payments and Refunds

• Payments processed by Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record)
• Monthly subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
• Cancel anytime — access continues until end of billing period
• Lifetime = one-time payment, no recurring charges
• Refund policy: full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email mymovementlab@gmail.com

Promo and Access Codes

• For personal use only, not resaleable
• We may deactivate misused codes

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, scrape, or redistribute content
• Use the platform to build a competing product
• Share account credentials
• Use automated tools to manipulate progress

All content is property of My Movement Lab. Based on general Pilates knowledge presented in original form. No reproduction without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Maximum liability = amount paid in preceding 12 months.

Governing Law

Netherlands. Disputes subject to Amsterdam courts.
